Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disorder that can cause a variety of symptoms, such as vision problems, fatigue, and pain. There are several different theories on what could be the cause of MS, but it is not yet known for certain. Here is some MS practice that will help in improving your health.
Try to eat low-fat foods, including fruits and vegetables, not only for dieting purposes but also to maintain weight loss or to gain weight if you are already struggling with it. Along with controlling the food intake, increase the consumption of water so that the body will be more hydrated and can absorb all the necessary nutrients from food.
Get enough rest for the body to restore itself after big stress or fatigue is experienced. It is important for your body to rest during these times because the immune system becomes weak and unable to fight off external agents. Resting will also allow you to have more physical energy for daily activities.
Exercise on a regular basis because it will help ease of fatigue, headaches, and pain in muscles. It is necessary that exercise can be done up to three times a week at least for 30 minutes each time.
Limit the time that you are constantly on your mobile phone or computer because this is affecting your brain and can cause bad cell health. Do not spend more than 15 minutes on it every hour or so because there is a significant possibility that you will feel brain fog causing cognitive impairment.
Try to avoid exposure to sunlight for a maximum of two hours because it can increase the risk of developing MS, especially around middle age or later years. It is also suggested that people do not go out in long-term sun exposure with no protection from the sun at all, such as wearing a baseball cap or sunglasses and staying inside during longer times spent in the sun.
